How Do I Change or Reset My Password on the Jolt Web Portal?

**Please note** please ensure to enter your user email address. This will be the email you used to set up your account access. This is not necessarily your contact email address

​Changing Your Password

  1. Log In:

    • Go to the Jolt Web Portal and log in.

  2. Access Profile Settings:

    • Navigate to Settings and select Profile.

  3. Change Your Password:

    • Scroll down to the Account Access section on the right.

    • Click the pencil icon to edit your password.

    • Password Requirements:

      • Minimum of 8 characters

      • Must include at least one letter and one number

  4. Save Changes:

    • Click Save in the upper right corner of the Web Portal to apply the changes.
      ​

Resetting Your Password

You can reset your password using either the Jolt Web Portal or the Jolt Lite App:

Via the Web Portal:

  1. Open the Login Page:

    • Go to the Jolt Web Portal and click Login in the top right corner.

  2. Initiate Password Reset:

    • On the login page, click Forgot Password.

  3. Request Password Reset:

    • Enter your email address and click Request Password Reset.

    • Double-check for any typos or extra spaces in the email address.

  4. Follow the Email Link:

    • Check your email for a password reset link.

    • Click the link in the email to set a new password.

Via the Jolt App:

  1. Open or Download the App:

    • Open the Jolt app on your device, or download it from your app store if you haven't already.

  2. Follow the Reset Instructions:

    • Tap Forgot Password.

    • Enter your email address again and tap Reset Password.

  3. Complete the Reset:

    • Check your email for the reset link.

    • Click the link to set a new password.
