How to Order Supplies and Hardware from the Jolt Web Portal

Ordering supplies and hardware from the Jolt Web Portal is straightforward. Follow these steps to add items to your shopping cart, check out, and manage your order.

Prerequisites

To purchase supplies from the Jolt Web Portal, you must have one of the following admin roles:

  • Location Website Admin

  • Content Group Admin

  • Company Admin

Step-by-Step Guide to Ordering Supplies

  1. Log in to the Jolt Web Portal

    • Access the Jolt Web Portal using your credentials.

  2. Navigate to the Supplies Page

    • From the main menu, select Supplies to view the available items.

  3. Add Items to Your Cart

    • Browse the list of items and select the ones you need.

    • Use the Add button to include items in your shopping cart.

    • If you need to remove an item, use the Delete button next to it.

  4. Proceed to Checkout

    • Once you've added all desired items, click on the Checkout button to start the ordering process.

  5. Specify Order Details

    • On the Shipping Page, under Order Details, choose where the invoice should be placed:

      • Example: Company or Location

    • You must make a selection before proceeding.

  6. Select or Add Shipping Address

    • Choose an existing shipping address or add a new one if needed.

  7. Add Payment Method

    • Add a new payment method or use an existing credit card.

  8. Enter Payment Information

    • Input the required payment details.

  9. Assign Users

    • Choose which users will have permission to use the payment card.

  10. Review and Confirm Your Order

    • Review your order details and make any necessary changes.

    • Click Confirm Checkout to finalize your purchase.

  11. Receive Order Confirmation

    • An Order Confirmation email will be sent to you.

    • You will also receive a Shipping Confirmation email within 24 hours.
