How to Order Supplies and Hardware from the Jolt Web Portal

Ordering supplies, hardware, and specialized items like sensors from the Jolt Web Portal is straightforward. Follow these steps to add items to your shopping cart, check out, and manage your order.

Step-by-Step Guide to Ordering Supplies

  1. Navigate to the Jolt Web Portal

  2. Navigate to the Supplies Page

    • From the top menu, select Supplies to view the available items.

  3. Add Items to Your Cart

    • Browse the list of items and select the ones you need.

    • Use the Add to cart or Select options button to include items in your shopping cart.

    • If you need to remove an item, use the X button next to the item.
      ​

  4. Proceed to Checkout

    • Once you've added all desired items, click on the Cart and Go to Checkout button to start the ordering process.
      ​

  5. Completed ordering

    • File out all the information and place order, than you are successfully make order.

Login Option
which allow to tracking the purchase history and saving the shipping address.

  1. Login theJolt account

    • At the right side of the supplies page click the login option

    • If you you already have account then login if not register a new account ( This account is different with Jolt App account)

  2. Specify Order Details ( need to confirm)

    • On the Shipping Page, under Order Details, choose where the invoice should be placed:

      • Example: Company or Location

    • You must make a selection before proceeding.

  3. Add or update shipping address

    • Choose an existing shipping address or add a new one if needed.

  4. Add or update Payment Method

    • Add a new payment method or use an existing credit card.

  5. Update account Information

    • updated your account password company ID, BuyerID...

  6. Assign Users (need to confirm)

    • Choose which users will have permission to use the payment card.

  7. Receive Order Confirmation ( need to confirm)

    • An Order Confirmation email will be sent to you

    • You will also receive a Shipping Confirmation email once your order has shipped
