How to Invite Employees to Your Jolt Account
This guide explains how to invite employees to join your Jolt account so they can access their profiles via Jolt Lite and the Web Portal. Before sending invites, ensure that employee roles and profiles have been set up in advance.
Important Note: You must have one of the following admin roles to invite employees: Location Website Admin, Content Group Admin, or Company Admin.
1. Sending Bulk Invites
To invite multiple employees at once:
Log in to the Jolt Web Portal.
Navigate to the People section.
Click on Bulk Invite Emailer.
This option lets you send invites to multiple employees simultaneously.
Send Invites to all employees who have not yet set up their accounts.
This action will trigger a Welcome to Jolt email to those employees. The email will contain a link for them to create their password and complete their profile setup.

2. Inviting a Single Employee
To invite an individual employee:
Go to Settings > People.
Select the Employee Profile you want to invite.
Under Account Access, add or confirm their email address.
Click Invite.
This will send a Welcome to Jolt email to the employee, allowing them to create a password and access their profile.

Troubleshooting Email Issues
If an employee does not receive their invitation email:
Check the employee’s email address for any errors or typos.
Ensure that the email is not being blocked by spam filters or firewalls.
