How to accept an email invitation from Jolt

If you’ve been added to your company’s Jolt account, you’ll receive a welcome email to get you started. Follow these steps to set up your account.

If you’re a manager and an employee hasn’t received the email invitation, invite the employee to your account. If the employee is having trouble finding the email invite, verify the email address and resend the invitation.

Below are the instructions for a new user:

  1. Log in to your email address and look for an email from Jolt with the subject line “Welcome to Jolt.”

  2. If you don’t see the email, check your spam or junk folder. If it’s not there, you may need to contact support for assistance.

  3. Open the email and click on the password creation link. A new page will open.

  4. Enter your email address and choose a strong password that meets the following criteria:

    • At least 8 characters

    • At least 1 number

    • At least 1 letter

  5. Check the box to agree to the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

  6. Click the connect button to finalize your account setup.

You can now log in to your Jolt account and finish setting up your profile.
