How to Accept an Email Invitation from Jolt

Overview

If you’ve been added to your company’s Jolt account, you’ll receive a welcome email to get you started. Follow these steps to set up your account.

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Check Your Email

    • Find the Invitation: Look for an email from Jolt with the subject line “Welcome to Jolt.”

    • Troubleshooting: If you don’t see the email, check your Spam or Junk folders. If it’s not there, you may need to contact support for assistance.

    • For Managers: If you’re a Manager and an employee hasn’t received their invitation, refer to the article Invite Employees to Your Account for help.

  2. Click the Password Creation Link

    • Open the email and click on the password creation link provided in the email. This will take you to a page where you can set up your password.

  3. Create Your Password

    • Enter Your Email: Make sure to enter the same email address where you received the invitation.

    • Set a Password: Choose a strong password that meets the following criteria:

      • Minimum of 8 characters

      • At least 1 number

      • At least 1 letter

    • Agree to Terms: Check the box to agree to the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

  4. Complete Setup

    • Click the Connect button to finalize your account setup.
