How to Accept an Email Invitation from Jolt
Overview
If you’ve been added to your company’s Jolt account, you’ll receive a welcome email to get you started. Follow these steps to set up your account.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Check Your Email
Find the Invitation: Look for an email from Jolt with the subject line “Welcome to Jolt.”
Troubleshooting: If you don’t see the email, check your Spam or Junk folders. If it’s not there, you may need to contact support for assistance.
For Managers: If you’re a Manager and an employee hasn’t received their invitation, refer to the article Invite Employees to Your Account for help.
Click the Password Creation Link
Create Your Password
Enter Your Email: Make sure to enter the same email address where you received the invitation.
Set a Password: Choose a strong password that meets the following criteria:
Minimum of 8 characters
At least 1 number
At least 1 letter
Agree to Terms: Check the box to agree to the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
Complete Setup
