How to Change Account Access/Login Email in Jolt
Follow these steps to update or change your account access email on the Jolt Web Portal.
1. Log In to the Jolt Web Portal
Access the Portal: Open your web browser and go to the Jolt Web Portal.
Login: Enter your current email and password to log in.
2. Navigate to Your Profile Settings
Go to Settings: Once logged in, click on the “Settings” option in the main menu.
Select Profile: In the Settings menu, choose “Profile” to access your account details.
3. Update Your Email Address
Find Account Access Section: Look for the “Account Access” section on your profile page.
Click the Pencil Icon: Next to your current email address, click the pencil icon (✏️) to edit it.
4. Enter and Save the New Email
Type in New Email: Enter your new email address in the field provided.
Save Changes: Click the “Save” button at the top right corner to save your new email address.
5. Verify Your New Email
Check Your Email: Jolt will send a verification email to your new email address.
Confirm the New Email: Open the verification email and follow the instructions to confirm your new email address.
6. Log In with the New Email
Return to the Login Page: Go back to the Jolt Web Portal login page.
Log In: Use your new email address and your current password to log in.
Additional Tips:
Double-Check Email: Make sure there are no typos in your new email address before saving.
Check Spam Folder: If you don’t see the verification email in your inbox, check your spam or junk folder.
