How to Change Account Access/Login Email in Jolt

Follow these steps to update or change your account access email on the Jolt Web Portal.


1. Log In to the Jolt Web Portal

  • Access the Portal: Open your web browser and go to the Jolt Web Portal.

  • Login: Enter your current email and password to log in.


2. Navigate to Your Profile Settings

  • Go to Settings: Once logged in, click on the “Settings” option in the main menu.

  • Select Profile: In the Settings menu, choose “Profile” to access your account details.


3. Update Your Email Address

  • Find Account Access Section: Look for the “Account Access” section on your profile page.

  • Click the Pencil Icon: Next to your current email address, click the pencil icon (✏️) to edit it.


4. Enter and Save the New Email

  • Type in New Email: Enter your new email address in the field provided.

  • Save Changes: Click the “Save” button at the top right corner to save your new email address.


5. Verify Your New Email

  • Check Your Email: Jolt will send a verification email to your new email address.

  • Confirm the New Email: Open the verification email and follow the instructions to confirm your new email address.


6. Log In with the New Email

  • Return to the Login Page: Go back to the Jolt Web Portal login page.

  • Log In: Use your new email address and your current password to log in.


Additional Tips:

  • Double-Check Email: Make sure there are no typos in your new email address before saving.

  • Check Spam Folder: If you don’t see the verification email in your inbox, check your spam or junk folder.
