Help customers return incorrect or unopened label orders and understand the return process.
Eligible Returns
Labels may qualify for return if they are:
Unopened
In original condition
Incorrectly ordered or incorrect size
Return eligibility may vary depending on product condition and order status.
Return Instructions
Prepare the Return Shipment
Include a note inside the package with:
Order number
Company name
Reason for return
Contact information if clarification may be needed

If the customer needs a different label size or type:
Submit a new order separately

Credits and Refunds
