Returning Incorrect or Unopened Labels

Purpose

Help customers return incorrect or unopened label orders and understand the return process.


Eligible Returns

Labels may qualify for return if they are:

  • Unopened

  • In original condition

  • Incorrectly ordered or incorrect size

Return eligibility may vary depending on product condition and order status.


Return Instructions

Prepare the Return Shipment

Include a note inside the package with:

  • Order number

  • Company name

  • Reason for return

  • Contact information if clarification may be needed

Ordering Replacement Labels

If the customer needs a different label size or type:

  • Submit a new order separately

  • Do not wait for the return to finish processing unless instructed otherwise

Do not guarantee fee waivers or exceptions unless officially approved.


Credits and Refunds

After the return is reviewed and processed:

  • Eligible credits may be applied to the customer account

  • Shipping costs are typically non-refundable unless otherwise approved

Escalation Guidance

Escalate the request if:

  • The labels were opened or partially used

  • The shipment was incorrect due to fulfillment error

  • The customer disputes restocking fees

  • The return status cannot be verified
