When a replacement device is issued, the original faulty hardware must be returned using the provided return shipping label.

How to Return Faulty Hardware
1. Locate the Return Shipping Label
A return label is typically included with your replacement shipment
Use this label to send the original device back to Jolt
2. Package the Hardware Securely
To prevent damage during transit:
Use the original packaging if available
If not available, use a sturdy box with protective material (padding or wrapping)
Include all components that were part of the original hardware
3. Ship the Return
Attach the provided return shipping label to the package
Drop off the package with the designated carrier
Keep the tracking number for reference
