Adding an asset item to an audit template

Assets represent locations that need to be audited. This feature can be managed by company admins, content group admins, and location website admins.

  1. Log in to the Jolt web app and navigate to the main menu on the left side. Click lists > manage > edit lists, then select the template you want to edit.

  2. Navigate to items tab > add item. This page will display the available item types.

  3. Click on assets.

  4. On the next page, scroll down to asset options > asset type. From the dropdown, select the asset type that represents your inspection sites.

  5. One optional feature is the filter asset list on app by use access. When the box is selected, the user selecting an asset must be associated with the asset in the asset list.

  6. Click save to apply changes.
