Step 1 - Ensure your print media is inserted properly

Please note ** The inside of your printer should be kept clear of any dust or debris, this will help prevent the out of paper error.

inspect your print media (labels) to ensure that they are inserted properly. Your labels should be centered in the media holders and they should be fed through the guides.

Step 2 - Manually Calibrate your printer

Another common cause of the "out of paper error" is actually a misaligned print sensor. Aligning that sensor will require a manual calibration of your printer.

Step 3 - what to do next if that doesn't work...

If those steps are not successful, you will want to make sure that your launcher and application are up to date. Key updates to your printer's firmware can be released with application updates, if your launcher is not up to date you will not get these vital enhancements.
