Why Unique PINs Matter

How to Set Up Unique PINs

  1. Navigate to the People page in the Jolt Web Portal (requires Location Website Admin permissions or higher).

  2. Check for duplicate PINs β€” click the PIN column header to sort and identify duplicates.

  3. Change a User's PIN β€” click on the user's row, change their PIN, and click Save.

  4. Bulk Edit PINs β€” click the Bulk Edit button on the People page to update all users' PINs at once.

  5. Once all PINs are unique, users only need to enter their PIN when logging in on a shared device.
