Understanding List Tabs in the Jolt Mobile App

The Jolt Mobile App has different tabs under the "Lists" module to help you manage and complete tasks. Here’s a guide to what each tab does:

1. All Tab

  • What It Shows:
The "All" tab displays every list that is available for you to complete. This includes:

    • Shared Lists: Lists that can be completed by any employee.

    • Assigned Lists: Lists specifically assigned to you.

  • How to Use It:

    • View Tasks: Scroll through the list to see all tasks available.

    • Complete Tasks: Tap on a list to start working on it.

2. My Lists Tab

  • What It Shows:
The "My lists" tab focuses on tasks specifically assigned to you. This tab includes:

    • Assigned Tasks: Tasks that have been assigned directly to you.

    • Individual Lists: Lists that are created for individual use rather than shared.

  • How to Use It:

    • View Assigned Tasks: Look for tasks highlighted within the list.

    • Complete Tasks: Tap on individual tasks to start or continue working on them.

  • Learn More:
For details on how tasks are assigned, check out our guide on Assigning Specific Tasks to Employees.

3. History Tab

  • What It Shows:
The "History" tab lets you review past and current lists. This includes:

    • Active Lists: Lists that are still open for completion.

    • Submitted Lists: Lists that have been completed and submitted.

    • Expired Lists: Lists that are no longer active.

  • How to Use It:

    • Filter Options: Use the filter to search for lists within a specific time period and view:

      • Completed Lists: Lists you’ve finished.

      • Incomplete Lists: Lists you haven’t completed yet.

      • All Lists: Both completed and incomplete lists.

  • Search and Review:

    • Use Filters: Apply filters to narrow down your search.

    • Review Lists: Check the status and details of your past lists.

Additional Tips

  • Keep Your Lists Organized: Regularly check the "All" and "Mine" tabs to stay on top of your tasks.

  • Review History: Use the "History" tab to track your progress and review completed work.
