How to Add Media to the Information Library in Jolt

Prerequisites:
Admin Access Required: You must have at least one of the following admin roles to add media: Location Website Admin, Content Group Admin, or Company Admin.
No Storage Limits: There is no limit on the number of files you can upload.

Instructions:
Login to the Jolt Web Portal
Go to the Jolt Web Portal and log in with your credentials.
Navigate to the Information Library
Click on Information from the main menu.
Create or Open a Category
Manage Subcategories
Create a Subcategory: Click Create New Subcategory to organize your media.
Open a Subcategory: Select an existing subcategory if applicable.
Upload Your Media
Edit File Permissions
Set Permissions: Click on Edit Permissions to allow or restrict access to specific roles.
Adjust Access: Ensure that only authorized users can view or manage the files.
Manage Files
Sort Files: Organize files as needed.
Edit Files: Make changes to file details or content.
Delete Files: Remove files that are no longer needed.
