Escalation Guidance
Escalate for possible hardware replacement if:
The printer is still not recognized after all troubleshooting
USB connectivity repeatedly fails
The printer powers on but cannot maintain connection
Calibration consistently fails
Physical damage is visible
When escalating:
Request clear photos of the printer
Include cable connection photos when possible
Document all troubleshooting already completed
Support Guidance
Keep troubleshooting instructions short and sequential
Do not provide multiple reset procedures at once
Confirm results after each major step before continuing
Use simple operational language and avoid technical jargon
Prioritize restoring printing functionality quickly before advanced diagnostics
