Yellow-shaded cells highlight temperatures that were in the food safety range but outside the food quality range.
Customer Story
One location of a quick service chain received a report from a customer claiming they contracted a food-borne illness. When the complaint was referred to their legal department, the general manager forwarded a copy of the daily temperature log to their attorney showing that all temperatures taken that day were within HACCP guidelines.
