Overview

Per Person List Schedules allow you to create individual list instances for every person within a specific role. These individuals will only see their own copy of the list, ensuring personalized task management.

Steps to Create Per Person List Schedules

  1. Login to the Jolt Web Portal:

    • Navigate to Lists then Edit Lists.

  2. Create or Select a List:

    • Create a new list or select an existing one to modify.

  3. Configure Role-Based Access:

    • Go to the Settings tab.

    • Under Shared or Individual, check the box for “Create an individual list copy for each person that is assigned.”

  4. Specify Role Access (Optional):

    • If the list is for a specific role, unselect Anyone can view and complete this list.

  5. Save Changes:

    • Save the changes before leaving the page to ensure the new settings are applied.

  6. Key Note: Lists set to individual copies can not be created ad-hoc from the Jolt app and can only appear through list schedules.

  • List Schedules: These templates must be on a List Schedule and will not appear when creating an instance or ad hoc version of a list.
