To show or hide employee contact information, you must have one of the following admin roles:
Location Website Admin
Content Group Admin
Company Admin
Steps to Manage Employee Contact Information
Login to the Jolt Web Portal
Go to Jolt Web Portal and log in with your credentials.
Navigate to Settings
In the main menu, select Settings.
Select Location
Click on Locations, then select the desired Location Name.
Adjust Scheduling Settings
Scroll down to the Scheduling Settings section.
Set Contact Information Visibility
Choose how employees can access each other's contact information (e.g., emails and phone numbers):
Only their contact information.
Everyone's contact information with the same roles.
Everyone's contact information in the location.
