Overview

To show or hide employee contact information, you must have one of the following admin roles: Location Website Admin, Content Group Admin, or Company Admin.

Steps to Manage Employee Contact Information

  1. Login to the Jolt Web Portal and navigate to Settings.

  2. Select Location β€” click Locations, then select the desired location name.

  3. Adjust Scheduling Settings β€” scroll down to the Scheduling Settings section.

  4. Set Contact Information Visibility β€” choose how employees can access each other's contact information:

    • Only their own contact information

    • Everyone's contact information with the same roles

    • Everyone's contact information in the location
