Overview
To show or hide employee contact information, you must have one of the following admin roles: Location Website Admin, Content Group Admin, or Company Admin.
Steps to Manage Employee Contact Information
Login to the Jolt Web Portal and navigate to Settings.
Select Location β click Locations, then select the desired location name.
Adjust Scheduling Settings β scroll down to the Scheduling Settings section.
Set Contact Information Visibility β choose how employees can access each other's contact information:
Only their own contact information
Everyone's contact information with the same roles
Everyone's contact information in the location
By following these steps, you can control the visibility of employee contact information in the Jolt Web Portal.
