Overview: Control access to files in the Information Library by setting permission settings. This ensures that only certain roles can view or edit confidential or private information.
Prerequisites:
Admin Access Required: You must have at least one of the following admin roles:
Location Website Admin
Content Group Admin
Company Admin
Instructions:
1. Log into the Jolt Web Portal:
Open your web browser and log in to the Jolt Web Portal with your admin credentials.

Choose a Category and then open the Subcategory where the file is located.
Click on the file you want to set permissions for.
