Assign Role Colors for Scheduling on the Jolt Web Portal
You can assign a color to each role to visually differentiate them on the schedule in the Jolt Web Portal. This helps in easily identifying roles at a glance.
Prerequisites
You must have at least ONE of the following admin settings to assign colors to roles:
Location Website Admin
Content Group Admin
Company Admin
Steps to Assign Role Colors
Log in to the Jolt Web Portal
Navigate to Settings and then Roles.
Select the Correct Mode
Ensure you are in the mode where the role was created. The mode selected must match the role's creation mode.
Create or Edit a Role
If you are creating a new role, follow the steps for role creation.
To edit an existing role, select the role you wish to modify.
Ensure the role is assigned to the schedule. For details, refer to the article Add/Remove Role to Scheduling.
Assign a Color to the Role
Under Role Details, locate the Color section.
Click Change and choose your desired color.
Save Your Changes
After selecting the color, click Save to apply the changes.
Verify the Color on the Schedule
Once all role colors have been edited, they will be visible on the schedule, providing a visual distinction between roles.
