Bluetooth (BT) is not a reliable connection and can cause interference issues when connecting to a Zebra ZD410 Printer. Follow the steps to ensure it is functioning properly.
1. Restart the iPad. This is different than just turning it off then back on. Refer to the Apple support article for instructions: Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch.
a. Many problems with BT can be resolved by restarting the iPad.
2. Turn off Bluetooth on all other iPad devices in the location, even ones not using Jolt, before connecting.
3. Reset the Bluetooth, even if it reads Connected. In the iPad Settings go to Bluetooth then select on the "i" then Forget This Device. Turn the Bluetooth off for 10 seconds then back on to reconnect.
