Before continuing with Troubleshooting the Sensor and Hub, please ensure the Jolt App and Device Software are updated to the most recent version and that the device is connected to a Private Wi-Fi Network.
Please follow the steps when encountering errors during setup:
- Check Wi-Fi connection, open a Web Browser on the device to confirm it is working
- Confirm that the Wi-Fi password is correct
- Bring the device closer to the Hub
- Unplug the Hub from the power source for 10 seconds and then plug it back in
- Restart the Jolt App
- Turn Bluetooth off for 10 seconds and then back on
Once all steps have been completed retry the setup process.
