Warranty Information & Repair/Replacement Options
All hardware purchased from Jolt comes with a one year warranty from the manufacturer. This warranty covers manufacturer defects. Any damage from the end user is typically not covered under this warranty, however all repair situations are handled on a case by case basis by the manufacturer.
Repair and Replacements options:
Replacements - Purchases made less than two months.
For hardware that was purchased from Jolt in under two months or less, is taken care of by Jolt. The repair and communication process will be facilitated through Jolt to the manufacturer. All hardware will be replaced and shipped out through Jolt, once an issue has been confirmed and the troubleshooting has been completed by Jolt Support.
Repairs - Purchases made over two months but under one year.
For hardware that was purchased from Jolt over two months, but under one year, is facilitated through the manufactured directly. This warranty will need to be initiated and fulfilled by the purchasing party. The manufacturer will determine if the hardware requires a repair or replacement.
To initiate a Zebra Printer repair, fill out the Zebra Repair Order Form, this is included in the shipment with the faulty printer. Zebra will ship the printer back once it has been repaired and/or replaced. You can also reach Zebra support by phone at +1-877-275-9327.
Jolt Loaner Printer:
If the printer must undergo a repair through Zebra, Jolt offers loaner printers that are available to rent during the repair process. Participating in this program requires a flat rate $35 fee, for more information reach out to Jolt Support.

Repair/Order new hardware - Purchase dates past one year.
For hardware that was purchased from Jolt over one year ago, has an expired warranty. Repair prices quotes can be obtained from the manufacturer or new hardware can be purchased from Jolt directly.
Contact Zebra for an out-of-warranty repair price quote. Printer repairs can cost up to $200, however, Zebra can give you an exact estimate. To do this, fill out the Zebra Repair Order Form. You can also reach Zebra support by phone at +1-877-275-9327.
For printers that do not undergo repair, new printers can be purchased through the Shopping Cart found on the Jolt Web Portal for $329.95. This includes the Zebra printer, power supply, one year manufacturer’s warranty, and two free rolls of labels.
Printers can be purchased without a power supply, if the power supply cable is still functioning, which discounts the printer $99.95.

Replacement hardware shipments, loaner printer shipments, and new hardware shipments are provided with free standard shipping, inside the United States.
