Each role can have a designated color. This color will display on the schedule to help visually separate each role.
Login to the Jolt Web Portal, go to People then Roles.
1. Check to ensure the correct Mode is selected, the mode must be the same one that the role was created in.
2. Create or edit an existing role.
a. Ensure the role is assigned to the schedule. Refer to the article Add/Remove Role to Scheduling.
3. Under Role Details look for Color.
4. Select Change, choose the desired color.
5. Once all changes have been made select Save.
Once all colors have been edited on the role. It will then be visible on the schedule.
