Refer to the video Employee Announcements to learn more.
Announcements are only available for Time Clock. Employees will be required to read or even answer questions before they clock in, they will only need to do this once per announcement. It will clock in the employee when they started reading the announcement.

Login to the Jolt Web Portal, go to Communication then Announcements.
Select +New Announcement
Basic Settings & Timing
Title the Announcement and then give it a start (optional) and expiration date.
Upload a Movie or Document or input notes into the Text Editor.
Who sees it
Set the Role-based Access settings for the announcement. Share it will all employees or with specific roles.
Create questions for people to answer after reading the announcement. Employees cannot clock in until they have answered the question correctly.
Once all settings have been set, select Save for it to begin.
