We are excited to announce the new Jolt Beta Software Program!

As part of our mission to strive for the best customer experience with all of our newly released features, on an opt-in basis, you can get access to our newest features before we release them to the general public. You can give our developers direct feedback to let them know your thoughts on how our platform is changing and evolving.

We want our Beta testing team members to have the opportunity to provide feedback directly to our Product and Design team, as well as more heavily prioritized bug reports if you encounter any during your testing. So, as a perk of being a part of our Beta testing team we will tag your account to ensure that this happens for you.

Please note that while you are using a Beta build, you may encounter software bugs or glitches. If you come across anything that appears to be a bug, please reach out to our support team to report the issue. As a Jolt Beta tester, your feedback is crucial as we continue to grow and add all the cool features you have been asking us for!

​Instructions for Opting-In to the Program:
​
The first thing you want to do as a Company Admin for your account is head over to the

Jolt Web Portal and go to your Company Settings page. You will see a new Beta Testing field where you can check a box to opt-in to the program. Make sure to hit the "Save Changes" button after checking the box and additional instructions will generate for you to follow.
